UNITED CONTROLS INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTS NUCLEAR MARKETING GROUP FOR REPRESENTATION IN WESTERN UNITED STATES

Press Release

April 12, 2016

NORCROSS, GA –United Controls International (UCI) recently signed Nuclear Marketing Group as their exclusive sales representation for commercial grade dedication, qualification, and engineering services to nuclear power plants in the western region of the United States.

“With over 100 nuclear power plants in operation in the United States, United Controls International is fortunate to have found additional representation to ensure all plants are receiving the latest industry information,” says Steve McElhanon, UCI’s Director of Sales & Field Operations. “Nuclear Marketing Group’s knowledge of the nuclear power industry will be a great asset to us as UCI continues to expand our products, services and partnerships.”

Founded in 1994, Nuclear Marketing Group provides suppliers, such as UCI, with a direct sales presence at nuclear power sites by meeting with component, systems, and design engineers and procurement specialists. They are proficient at understanding most mechanical and electrical systems found in nuclear power plants, which separates them from traditional marketing/sales firms.

“Nuclear Marketing Group has a long history of representing high quality products and services to the nuclear power industry,” states Nuclear Marketing Group’s Founder, Warren Carah. “We are proud to partner with UCI to continue that tradition.”

United Controls International is located in Norcross, Georgia, and has been supplying dedication and qualification services to the nuclear power industry for the last 40 years. Their Quality Assurance program meets the requirements of NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, and ISO 9001.
